Excellent located one bedroom apartment in Colosio area features a nicely equipped kitchen, with dining table for 4, a sofa bed and a smart tv, one full bathroom with access from the bedroom and from the kitchen/living area. Bedroom has a very comfy king size bed, closets with a safe, iron and iron board, luggage rack, arm chair with a reading lamp and a very nice window with a city view. In the shared areas you will be able to have access to a gym, parking, elevator, rooftop terrace with a pool, loungers, a tub (cold), with some really nice ocean views. The area is really convenient as you will be located near shops and restaurants but also you can enjoy some local shops and restaurants in that area. You’ll have full and exclusive access to the condo and shared access to all the complex's amenities. It’s a self-check-in property using a door code. On the first day you arrive to check-in, you must register first at the front reception/security desk. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week.
