Majestic 3 Bedroom Loft, pool, walk to the beach

This fantastic loft has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, big balcony overlooking a green area and mangle of Playa del Carmen.

We offer a massive living room space, with a giant smart tv with soundbar, big windows that make the place very bright, full kitchen and a bar area with a Ninja style blender.

Common areas offers a gym, 2 pools, elevator and parking garange.

- As soon as you walk in on your left we have the first bedroom with a double bed, a/c, bed lamp with wireless charging, closet and a desk for those that still need to work on vacation.

- Next we have our fabulous kitchen, fully equipped, dishwasher, laundry, pots and pans, and the bar area has a wine cooler, Ninja style blender (not a Ninja) with various of extras. We have some wines and beers for sell already stock at the property in case you don't want to go out and buy at your arrival.

- Follow we have our massive living room with a giant smart tv with sound bar, comfy couch for the entire family, have some remote blinds, a large blacony with outdoor furniture. We have a work desk with a monitor and outlets to connect your devices.

- The building features two rooftop pools, a gym, parking for one car & elevator.

You’ll have full and exclusive access to the condo and shared access to all the complex's amenities.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- *No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

- If you are bringing your car, kindly let us know in advance.

- No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner.

- Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Please advise if you would like an early check-in or a late check-out. Fees may apply.

- Our goal is to ensure a pleasant stay with us, so please let us know immediately if you feel something needs our attention (something fixed, changed, replaced, etc.) so we can fix it at the appropriate time.
