The primary bedroom has an ultra-comfortable king-size bed with a name brand mattress, soft cotton sheets and bedspread. This room features large closet space and is fully air-conditioned. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed, a large window overlooking a private garden, soft lighting, and a dresser to keep all of your belongings organized. The soft cotton sheets combined and bedspread will have you asleep before you hit the pillow! There is also a sofa bed for your extra guests will all the linens provided. Fully air-conditioned throughout. BATHROOMS There are two and half bathrooms in this beautiful home. The primary bathroom has a beautiful and relaxing standalone bathtub. Nicely paired with a glass of wine at the end of day! Both bathrooms ensuite have rain shower heads. Dry off with hotel quality towels and take advantage of the luxury bath products provided. Don't worry about packing your hair dryer from home; we have one here for you to use! KITCHEN & LOUNGE There are so many top restaurants to try out in the area, but sometimes there is nothing like a home-cooked meal. This gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make meals just like you do at home. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, and range hood. There is also a toaster and coffee machine. Cooking basics, utensils and kitchenware are provided, and a sizeable pantry completes the set-up. Sit down and enjoy your meal at the 6-person dining table with chairs. In addition, there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The open floor plan provides direct access from the kitchen to the spacious lounge. There’s a plush sofa, a flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that slide open to provide access to the private patio. Note that unscheduled or scheduled maintenance/service / mechanicals, power outage, may occur from time to time on the common spaces (gym, elevator, pool, etc) to keep it nice and beautiful. Thus occasionally common amenities may not be available while servicing just like any other building complex. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the Host’s control. For items inside the Host’s control, Host will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify Host immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems Host is able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe ELECTRICITY Electricity in Playa Del Carmen is expensive and we care about our environment. - To avoid extra charges, turn off lights and A/C when not in the unit. - You have 20kW per day for your stay. - Electric meter will be read and start at 3:00 pm, regular check in time. - Over usage of electricity is 7 mxn per kW for usage over 20kW per day. - Over usage is to be paid in pesos upon departure to Ceci.
